We turn your idea into sketches and a 3D model that you can review from every angle. We adjust proportions, stones, and finishes until it is exactly as you imagine it.
And then, you have it in your hand.
We manufacture in the most suitable partner workshop for your piece—in Europe, Asia, or South America—with the polishing and finishes required for jewelry made to last.

Advance payment to begin
You start with a $10,000 MXN deposit in our online store. It reserves our design team's time and your project's priority on the production calendar.

We know you
A specialist will contact you to understand your idea, your references, your budget, and the details you want to incorporate.

Design and quote
You receive a unique design proposal, with detailed renders or sketches and a complete quote based on materials, stones, size, and complexity.

7-day validity
The quote is valid for 7 days, because the price of gold, silver, and gems changes daily. If you need more time, we will update it with current rates.

Confirm and we will manufacture
If you accept, your advance payment will be applied to the total. You choose a payment plan and we begin manufacturing in the most suitable workshop.

If you decide not to continue
50% of the down payment ($5,000 MXN) will be credited back to you as store credit for any other Palessi jewelry or design.

Pick it up whenever you want.
You have 6 months to resume your project with your current down payment, applied to a new quote at the rates at that time.

How long does the entire process take?+
We normally deliver our custom-made pieces within 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design, the materials, and the assigned workshop (Europe, Asia, or South America). (FOR VERY COMPLEX PIECES OR THOSE WITH HIGHLY SPECIFIC GEMSTONE REQUESTS, IT MAY TAKE UP TO 12 MONTHS)
Can I design a piece from scratch?+
Yes. We can create any type of jewelry from an idea, a sketch, or a visual reference. Each project is designed completely custom.
What happens if I don't like the initial design?+
You can request minor adjustments or changes at no extra cost before final approval. The goal is for the design to be exactly as you imagine it.
How do I know the materials are authentic?+
All our pieces come with certificates of authenticity and hallmarks that guarantee the purity of the gold or silver, as well as the origin of the gemstones.
Can I schedule an in-person appointment?+
Yes. If you are in Mexico City or Guadalajara, you can request a private appointment to see samples and materials and discuss your design in person.
