All of our gold jewelry is certified for its purity and karatage (e.g., 14K or 18K) and includes its corresponding hallmarks and documentation.

Manufacturing Defects Guarantee
Full coverage for any manufacturing defect that affects the integrity or aesthetics of the jewelry (soldering, settings, clasps), subject to technical evaluation.
Lifetime Warranty
Our confidence is permanent. We offer a lifetime warranty against defects not attributable to use, accidents, or natural wear. If something does not meet the Palessi standard, we will resolve it.

If your piece is not what you expected, you can exchange it for another of equal or greater value (subject to availability and within the timeframes indicated in the exchange policy).
Free Repair Guarantee
Includes minor adjustments at no cost —for example, the first ring sizing where the design permits, and replacement of small components— to keep your jewelry in perfect condition.

A dedicated team to assist you with any inquiry, maintenance, or upgrade for your Palessi piece. Our service is as enduring as our jewelry.
How to claim your warranty
- Write to us with your order number or proof of purchase.
- Share photos and a brief description of the observed issue.
- Our team will conduct a technical evaluation and guide you through the shipping/delivery process.
Notes and exclusions
- The lifetime warranty does not cover natural wear, impacts, dents, deformations due to force, chemical exposure, loss, or theft.
- Ring sizing is subject to technical feasibility; some rings (e.g., full pavé or eternity) require new pieces or additional costs.
- For pieces with gemstones, the coverage applies to defective settings; it does not cover gemstones lost due to impact or misuse.
- We may request a workshop evaluation before approving coverage.
